Join us for a casual fun ride, 14mph pace through the urban streets of Austin on a tour of the locations used from the 1993 movie, Dazed and Confused. We’ll be on roads, less paths and urban hacks than our first ride. Costumes are encouraged and swag awards for best top 3 in character. Freshman with chain ring marks will be paddled by our designated Ben Affleck aka Fred O’Bannio. There has to be a PART 2, since there are more locations. We’ll stick with Lucky # 13 for Part 1.

SOURCE WIKIPEDIA: Dazed and Confused is a 1993 American coming-of-age comedy film written and directed by Richard Linklater. The film features a large ensemble cast of actors who would later become stars, including Jason London, Ben Affleck, Milla Jovovich, Cole Hauser, Parker Posey, Adam Goldberg, Matthew McConaughey, Nicky Katt, Joey Lauren Adams and Rory Cochrane. The plot follows different groups of Texas teenagers during the last day of school in 1976.
Start (aka Violet Crown Shopping Center now home to Stiles Switch BBQ) park on the edge or ride here. We’ll have an alternate start for those that want to jump in later on their bikes and can’t make it to the 6:30pm depart. This is TBD once recce done. High School girls.
